With ISI Dublin’s full range of Online English Language Courses, you will be able to find an online programme to suit your specific needs from the comfort and safety of your own home and benefit from the expertise of one of Ireland’s leading language institutes.
Wide Range of English Programmes
We offer a range of online English Language programmes to suit all requirements, combining the basic language skills with a full range of specialist classes and internationally-renowned examinations. The course runs from 5 hours to 20 hours per week.
While many online platforms are available for self-study, our lessons are delivered live via Zoom. Our highly qualified and experienced teachers create the unique ISI in-class environment by offering dynamic and interactive Online English Language Courses, incorporating, the four main linguistic skills of speaking, listening, writing and reading, with a strong focus on communication.
All course materials are provided online and follow a coursebook and workbook, as well as a full range of supplementary online course materials.
Monitoring Student Progress
We are committed to ensuring that all students are placed at the right level and continue to make progress throughout their studies.
- Online level test: every student is required to take an online test and a short online speaking test, in advance of starting the programme.
- Weekly assessment: These are short weekly online class tests, results are given to students and recorded in the student’s file.
All of our English language teachers are highly qualified and experienced, with a minimum primary degree and CELTA or DELTA teaching qualification.
Council of Europe (CEFR Levels)
ISI offers the full suite of CEFR levels, which organises language proficiency in six levels, A1 to C2, which can be regrouped into three broad levels: Basic User, Independent User and Proficient User. The levels are defined through ‘can-do’ descriptors.
